I. Return Period
Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be processed.
II. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product is in normal condition;
It is not damaged due to human error;
The main components of the product are intact;
The product matches the order information;
Valid order information or proof of purchase can be provided.
Return requests may not be approved for issues caused by improper use, human error, unauthorized modification, or other reasons not related to product quality.
III. How to Apply for a Return
To apply for a return, please contact us via customer service email and provide the following information:
Order number;
Name used when placing the order;
Email address used for placing the order;
Reason for return;
Product photo.
Our customer service team will review your application upon receipt and provide you with further processing instructions.
IV. Refund Processing
After receiving and reviewing a valid return request, we will arrange a refund using the original payment method.
The refund amount usually includes the value of the eligible items.
If there are special circumstances with the order, we will process it according to the actual situation and communicate with the customer.
V. Refund Arrival Time
After the refund is approved, it will usually be processed within 3 business days.
The actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank, credit card institution, or third-party payment platform.
VI. Receiving the Wrong Item or Item with Problems
If the item you received does not match your order, or if the item has obvious problems upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide order information and relevant photos so that we can verify and assist in resolving the issue.
VII. Non-Returnable Items
The following situations generally do not qualify for returns:

VIII. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. For orders that have not yet entered the processing stage, we will do our best to assist with cancellation and arrange a refund.
Once an order enters the processing stage, cancellation requests may be restricted.
